Movie Day

Yet again, this morning we woke up late, but I guess that I'm getting used to it! We woke up around noon and I actually ate breakfast! We hung around the house for a while, and I got ready to go swimming. Unfortunately, the weather was worse than usual. Not anything drastic, just about 10 degrees cooler and a little rain, but we still didn't go to the beach. Ana invited Bruce and Maria over for lunch and to hang out with us for the afternoon. 30 minutes later, they showed up on doorstep demanding food and couch space. Eventually we decided to watch a movie, The Grudge 2. It was funny because it is a very predictable horror movie, but every time the grudge would jump out, all of the Brazilian kids would jump and scream! Then we decided to watch Fantastic Four because Bruce had only ever seen the second one. After that, we just had to watch the second one, because I had never seen that one! Finally at about 11:00 we were done watching movies and had some dinner. It was very delicious, potatoes stuffed with cream and cheddar cheese. We enjoyed some dinner and then dessert-peaches with sweetened condensed milk, very delicious! We hung out for a little bit longer, and then Bruce and Maria just headed home. Hopefully we can meet up with them again tomorrow at the beach. Today was pretty uneventful, but hopefully more tomorrow!
